Well, I'm back from Tucson and a fantastic time was had, by all...mostly! There was a nasty flu bug making the rounds and many, many people, all over town, were sick with it...including me. In any case, that's a story for another post. :)
Right now, I want to tell you that my online class Artisan's Daybook is just about to begin! The first day of class is this Friday, Feb. 19.
If you're looking for a fun and relaxing experience, and want to create something really spectacular...take this one!
This is only the second time I've taught this and I have to tell you that the response to the first time was overwhelming. The students loved it! And, I loved teaching it. I think you'll be able to tell that from the amount of info I packed into this class.
We'll be doing altered cabinet cards, but that's just the beginning. I'll also show you lots of ways to do transfers: on paper and fabric, stamping, washes, penscore stamps, working with fabric and creating resin embellishments.
Not only all of that but...my favorite part...we'll be making a tuck in water color palette to tuck into a pocket in the back of your journal. We'll make some color wheels and talk a bit about how to use them. We'll work with watercolors, crayons, colored pencils and all kinds of other fun stuff.
I'll also show you my very favorite method for doing collage work. Whew!
Yep. And then we'll put it all together into this amazing book, that you'll treasure.
I hope ya'll join me because this class is some serious fun. Take a look at what my previous students have said, by clicking here...then you decide. Hope to see you in class, soon!
