Thought I'd give you a small peek into what's going on in my studio, these days. I'm madly working on my new online class, Artisan's Daybook.
If you've taken a class with me, in person, then you've seen this journal. This is my jewelry journal. My keeper of ideas, designs, measurements, techniques and secrets.
I'll be showing you how to construct this journal. But, why even keep a jewelry journal...and what the heck do you put inside? I'll be showing you!
The inside of this journal is no ordinary bunch of blank pages. We'll fill it with fancy-schmancy transfers...some of my favorite techniques...quickie collage papers, decorative papers, fabric and lots of other embellishments.
Did I mention...paints, inks, pencils, crayons, stamps, fabric transfers and stitching?
I'm also going to show you how to create my altered cabinet cards, which we'll use as a cover decoration. The spine and cover are also embellished with an awesome technique that can be used in jewelry making.
I'm cramming a ton of info into this one...which is why it's taking longer than expected to open registration! But, stay with me...it will be ready SOON!
