Loving your kitchen updates Deryn. I agree with others, he is a man. Maybe name him Pierre or Pete...something that starts with a "P"...because the faucet is "P" shaped. :) Is he Spanish by chance? In that case, Pedro. :)

Mr. Sir, it looks so serious about what it does. Ya know, it should be 'mister' or 'missus' something.....
Your kitchen is shaping up nicely, wish I lived close enough to drop in. Ha ha ha now wouldn't you love that?

Sounds like you are having a pretty serious affair with your kitchen (or your faucet). The only name that springs to my mind is José... ;)

The first thing that popped into my mind was Mr. Squigglesworth. It's upscale and stately :)

It reminds me of a puppet that we used to have on Australian TV in the 60's and 70's called "Mr Squiggle". His persona was that of an intelligent and hardworking aide to the presenter. He was admired but treated with caution because you never knew what he would do next!

Well since you called him an elephant how's bout(that's farm-house talk) Dumbo? He wasn't to tall but very sweet and what's better than a Sweet-Heart...

It's a him, right?
As soon as I saw him, the name "Claude" sprang to mind, but that doesn't quite go with the dark for some reason. "Andre" however would also be good. Can't wait to see what you decide.

Harvey. The name just popped into my head for no reason.
I'm a bit jealous over your deep sink, the lovely view out the window, the granite counters, and the hard-working faucet/sprayer.

That is a weapon disguised as a faucet.

If this were my mom's faucet, she'd likely name it Clark Gable. I'm naming mine "Sam" (for Sam Elliott, of course - regardless of the fact that he's not all that tall). How about "Antonio" for Antonio Banderas? He fits the bill in my book.
Or - if you want to go literal - Poe seems a good choice. After all, Edgar Allen Poe does conjur up tall, dark, handsome (well, in the old fashioned sense), and mysterious!

She looks like an "Elsa" to me! What I can see of the kitchen reno so far looks fabulous. Look forward to seeing more.

Deryn-
A quick question, please -- Where do you purchase your sari silk strips and ribbon? Objects and Elements? I love the look you get with using them and want to give it a try.
On naming your sink, Dr. Seuss' charater Horton comes to mind. Big, but friendly.
Regards,
Bobbie
