I have some super exciting news to share...Susan Lenart Kazmer and company are now searching for 4 new designers to join their 2011/2012 Ice Resin Creative Team!
Having spent two years on Susan's design team, I can tell you, this is a huge opportunity. Susan is an incredibly creative and generous artist and being on the design team was so much fun. Plus, Susan is just a really nice person. And fun. Did I say how much fun she is?
I'm thrilled to help Susan spread the word. If you're a jewelry maker, with an eye for design and a desire to create unique pieces, you should check it out. Click here for more info and best of luck!

The first class I ever took at Bead & Button was in 2008 and it was a two day class with Miss Susan. She was just debuting her Ice Resin and her book, Making Connections. I still count that as one of the pivotal moments in my life as a jewelry designer. I love mixed media and wish that I did more of it to have a shot at this opportunity. Because after having spent two days with her, and still in awe of her, but so incredibly delighted by her enthusiasm for every student she works with, I still want to take classes from her and learn from her and soak up her positive energy. This will be an impressive opportunity for someone very deserving! I hope you will still be on the team, Miss Deryn! I love your work and your effortlessly elegant style! Thanks for the information.
Enjoy the day!
