I've been very busy, writing class proposals for a brand new venue and, I'm so excited about it! It's called "Adorn Me" and is being put on by Linda Young, of Art Unraveled fame. And, guess what...it's all about jewelry. Even better...it will be held at a spanking new Embassy Suites...right here in Houston! Right now, Linda is looking for teachers (proposals are due very soon) and, once the Adorn Me website is up, she'll be looking for students, as well. This is going to be an incredible event so, mark your calendars for March, 2010.

Another flawless piece of art! We all love you here in Central Florida. Thanks for sharing your wonderful talent!

I find your jewelry absolutely fascinating - they're like tiny assemblage sculptures. they remind me both of joseph cornell and a pirates treasure chest all at once. opulent and charming - just lovely.

Dear Deryn,
I was looking through your jewelry project challenge posts and was stunned when I saw your project nine. I thought perhaps I was the only who might have thought this way. Please link to the URL below.
