"Ave"
...bring flash flooding! Wasn't I just posting about how beautiful the weather has been here? It's been "showering" for approximately 24 hours. We finally got a break from the deluge this afternoon but are told to expect more rain tonight. Fortunately, our house is on pretty high ground so the worst of the weather hasn't washed us away...yet!
"Baroque and Garnets" (sold)
I've listed a few more goodies in my Etsy store. I made some terrific finds last weekend at the bead show including a great deal on faceted rubies, a gorgeous strand of baroque pearls and these lovely garnets. The emerald cut has always been my favorite so anything that's even close catches my eye. These sweet garnets were just begging to be paired with the baroques.
"Vintage"
Check my store...I'll be adding more...
...and, take a look at Daily Poetics. This blog has earned a spot on my Ever Changing Link of Inspiration (left sidebar).

I don't know why I haven't found you before, but I have now, and I am majorly in love with your work. In fact, the "green apples" just became mine! I too am a Frio River lover.....I live in Kerrville, so only get over there about once or twice a year, even though I am not that far away. I love those earrings under the art archival spot....would love a necklace. I will keep watching for your new to appear. Thanks for sharing your talents!!

Love the new earrings! Really beautiful - they won't last long in your store that is for sure!
Getting ready for a little "Texas Flood" eh? Glad to hear you are on high ground! I had my basement flood this spring - not pretty! I wish you a dry/rainy season - if you get what I mean! lol

Although "Vintage" are my favorites, I love them all, as usual. You make the wirework so elegant but not the usual you would see with the stones--brilliant and I also love the emerald cut ones.

Deryn,
sigh... I am running out of superlatives and adjectives for your work ... must invent some, I guess. Absolutely sublime! Love the earrings.
Hope the rain lets up soon!

Over here in New Zealand we have had a lot of rain too! Here's hoping that neither of us gets washed away.
Delightful earrings, love the 'vintage' ones.
