Over the last few months, I've been working on a deco project with my good friend Reiny who lives in Luxembourg. My deco is far away, across the ocean with Reiny and hers is here in sunny Houston with me.
I'm having fun experimenting in Reiny's book. For "Auto Ride" I used a photo I took of a vintage truck (I love the mesh covering the headlight) to make a transfer using Great White photo paper. When used with gel medium, the plastic "emulsion" coating of the photo paper peels away from it's backing and onto the receiving paper to make a beautiful transfer.
"BLACK JACK DOOR"
Taken at Black Jack Cemetery near Huntsville, Texas, this photo makes for a great transfer. For this transfer I used photo paper and water.
Another cemetery photo...this one taken at Glenwood Cemetery in Houston. I also used this photo to make a photo paper transfer.
